Clean water park with well-maintained facilities made for a pleasant experience. The assisting staff went above and beyond, especially in recovering my lost ring. However, the wait times during peak check-in were frustrating, and the difficulty in reserving lounge space was disappointing. The dining prices were surprisingly reasonable, making meals enjoyable for the family.

perfect base for exploring downtown disney and the parks

I booked a Family Suite with waterpark access and stayed for 2 nights. Check-in was smooth, but the wait time for the water park was frustrating. The park itself was crowded and lacked enough seating, especially during peak hours. My kids loved the slides, but I felt there weren’t enough options for older ones. The buffet food was decent but pricey. Spending $200 on meals for two adults and two kids felt steep for the quality. However, our room was clean and comfortable. The direct access to the waterpark made it super convenient. The arcade was a hit with my kids. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive, trying their best to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, it wasn't perfect, but my family had fun and made some great memories.

Great for families with young kids
I gotta say, the waterpark kept my kids occupied the whole time! They loved every slide and wave pool, it's like their little paradise. Plus, the staff, particularly the lifeguards, were super attentive, my son's toy just floated away and they snagged it back right away!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for a family getaway, it was acceptable.
